Shaw prides itself in technology leadership, offering their customers the latest in TV, Internet and Phone services. To extend that brand promise into the service realm, they knew they needed an approach that put their customers at the centre of all that great technology, and not the other way around.
To execute on that approach, Shaw picked an agency that had already successfully re-envisioned their newsletter marketing programs, redesigned their fleet tracking division website (Shaw Tracking) and created several microsites: Sterling Cooper. Just kidding – it was Evans Hunt!
The ongoing redesign of Shaw.ca involves a major re-architecting of this large, complex site to give users a more intuitive shopping and support experience. Evans Hunt and Shaw are totally re-envisioning Shaw's service delivery by evolving from a phone-based model to an eCommerce model that allows customers to purchase services online, configure their packages themselves and access new features in MyAccount.
