The IT Support Technician will report to the Director of Operations.
The Support Technician’s role is to provide staff with the tools and support that empower them to be exceptional and deliver the best solutions possible for our customers. This involves support for Macbooks and a few Windows machines. The other major area of responsibility is maintaining our internal network infrastructure. The expectation is that the IT support technician is being proactive in identifying areas for improvement, and available for ad hoc support queries.
